Terms of Service

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and MZift ("we", "us"), which runs HaulBloom at haulbloom.mzift.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use HaulBloom for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

1. What HaulBloom is

HaulBloom organizes public motor carrier records published by the US Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) into lists, tools and emails for dispatchers. We are not affiliated with the FMCSA or the US Department of Transportation.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password and two-step sign-in codes to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Each person needs their own login. Sharing a login, or using more browsers at once than your plan allows, isn't permitted.
  • The owner of a workspace controls who is in it, its plan and its data.

3. Using the carrier data

The carrier data comes from public FMCSA records. We read it carefully, but we don't check each record and we can't promise it's complete, current or correct. Phone numbers and emails are what each carrier gave the FMCSA.

You may use the data to find, contact and work with carriers for your own dispatch business. You may not:

  • resell, publish or give the data, or exports of it, to anyone outside your workspace;
  • copy the service's data in bulk by scripts, scraping or automated access, or try to get around plan limits;
  • use it to harass anyone, or to send messages that break the law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, do-not-call rules and similar laws where you or the carrier are.

You are responsible for how you contact carriers: honor opt-out and do-not-call requests, identify yourself truthfully, and include a working unsubscribe in marketing emails.

4. Plans and payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. Our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, processes the payment and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies. Their terms also apply to the purchase.
  • Plan limits (people, lookups, imports, exports and the like) are listed on the pricing page. When a limit is reached, the feature stops until the next period or an upgrade; we don't charge overage.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.

5. No refunds

Payments are not refundable, in full or in part, including for unused time, unused lookups, downgrades, or an account that wasn't used. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed after that. This doesn't limit any right to a refund that the law gives you and that can't be waived.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we and Lemon Squeezy will retry it and let you know. Your plan stays active for 3 days after the failed payment. If it still hasn't been paid by then, the workspace moves to the Free plan until a payment succeeds. Your data is kept.

7. Cancelling and closing accounts

You can cancel any time in Settings › Plan. You can ask us to delete your account and workspace data by emailing haulbloom@mzift.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or hasn't paid; where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first.

8. Your content

Notes, statuses, lists, imports and other things your team adds belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. We don't sell them.

9. Our service

We work to keep HaulBloom available and correct, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. FMCSA data can be delayed or unavailable, and features can change as we improve them.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we'll email workspace owners at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
