Built for the way dispatchers find carriers

New authorities need a dispatcher most in their first weeks. HaulBloom gets you to them first, and keeps your team out of each other's way.

How it works

  1. Pick your states

Choose where you dispatch and the fleet sizes you want. Your list shows only those carriers.

  2. Call from one list

Open the newest authorities, call, and set the outcome. Teammates see it straight away.

  3. Follow up on time

Follow-ups come back on the right day, in the app and in your morning email.

Questions

Where does the carrier data come from?

From the FMCSA's public registry: the company census (USDOT numbers, addresses, phone, email, fleet size) and the licensing and insurance files (MC authority, grant dates, insurance). We read the official datasets every day and keep only active carriers with operating authority.

How new is a "new authority"?

We show carriers by the date their carrier authority was granted, newest first. FMCSA publishes most changes within a few days; once it's in their files, it's in HaulBloom the next morning.

Is every phone number and email right?

They are what the carrier gave the FMCSA, so most are right but some are out of date. Many new carriers list their filing agent's email instead of their own; we flag those so you can leave them out of exports and campaigns.

Is it legal to call and email these carriers?

The data is public, and calling a business about a service it may need is normal B2B prospecting. You are still responsible for following the rules where you work, such as honoring do-not-call requests and including an opt-out in marketing emails.
